(1) When using television or internet for entertainment in the children's correctional home, arrangements should be made to allow it to be used only at the time and place specified by the children's correctional home.
(2) The Children's Correctional Home shall make arrangements to watch and play awareness-raising, knowledge-based topics classified from the content as per sub-rule (1).
(3) Technical arrangements shall be made to prohibit obscene and obscene materials prohibited by the Government of Nepal within the premises of the Children's Correctional Home.
(4) Children's correctional homes should inform children about the physical, psychological and social effects, risks and consequences of using electronic materials for entertainment.
